CHILDREN'S PHOTO SESSIONS on location

For natural, relaxed and happy children or family photo shoots, most of my clients book an on-location session.  Sometimes I will go to the clients' homes, or meet them in a park - this is probably the most popular option for my sessions, and not only in summer. Gardens and parks work fantastically well as a backdrop no matter the season - I use the parks of London for photo shoots more or less every week of the year.

I believe the best photos happen naturally - especially with small kids, and by using an outdoor location or their own home, kids tend to be more relaxed and lose any shyness quickly, and bu letting them be themselves and have fun, the result is beautiful and natural photos. In a typical session, I will take a mixture of portraits and relaxed, unposed images. For babies and small children I  the same approach, also with newborns,  and I steer away from props and posing of babies.
